About this agreement

These terms govern your use of Train Driver Practice (traindriverpractice.co.uk), an independent practice platform for UK train driver applicants. By creating an account or making a purchase you agree to these terms.

The service

Train Driver Practice provides interactive practice simulations of psychometric assessments used in UK train driver recruitment. The tests are practice tools only and are not affiliated with the Occupational Psychology Centre (OPC), any Train Operating Company, or the Rail Safety and Standards Board (RSSB). Account

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Please contact us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Payment and access

Access to the full test suite requires a one-time payment of £39.99 (or the price displayed at checkout). There are no subscriptions or recurring charges. Once payment is confirmed your access is activated immediately and does not expire. Prices are inclusive of any applicable VAT. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 14 days of payment and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. To request a refund, please use our contact page.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• ▸Use the service for commercial purposes, including reselling practice materials or running paid coaching services based on our content.
• ▸Attempt to copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, or reproduce any part of the tests or platform.
• ▸Use the platform in any way that could harm, disrupt, or overload our systems.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

Intellectual property

All content on this platform — including test designs, questions, scoring logic, copy, and images — is the intellectual property of Train Driver Practice unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of it without written permission.

Limitation of liability

Train Driver Practice is provided "as is". We make no guarantee that using our platform will improve your performance in any official assessment. We are not liable for any employment decisions, lost opportunities, or other losses arising from your use of — or inability to use — this service. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
